Our Vision

In March of 2008, after fourteen years of serving as a Student Minister in Cleveland, OH and Savannah, GA, Paul Wingfield responded to the call from South Telegraph to serve as Lead Pastor. Paul joined South Telegraph following a period of considerable transitions, during which time many dedicated servants worked tirelessly as they prayed and waited for God's direction in taking the church to the next level of growth and community impact.

God has been blessing the church in amazing ways.  Attendance has skyrocketed, and the Lord is adding to our numbers weekly.  In July of '08 the church averaged 509 in attendance, which is up from 396 one year ago.  At STCC we are praying for a harvest of people and striving to grow both in depth and numbers with each passing week.

The Elders are committed to moving forward with an aggressive approach towards evangelism, focusing on real people who need a real God to provide real solutions. To help accomplish this goal a commitment has been made to hire a full time Children's Pastor and a full time Student Ministries Pastor as soon as possible.  We are currently praying and seeking God's direction on both of these ministry positions.

We are excited about the future, we are trusting in God and we can't wait to see what He is going to do with South Telegraph.  We hope you will join us as we partner with Him to impact our surrounding communities.
